* Many therapists are limited and have limited openings/days.
*Learning to trust a therapist in itself is difficult and if they are not consistent, it doesn’t feel worth it.
* Many lack the mental health it takes to go out and look for one.
*Many do not have insurance due to how expensive it might be and thus cannot get a therapist.
*We need to provide more opportunities and apply more awareness for action for mental health.
*Financial barriers so not everyone can afford it when they need it.
*There is a shortage of mental health professionals.
*Mental Health Education is limited and many do not know symptoms or even know that they have it.
*Much awareness of it is negative which sways people away from wanting to get help.
*Racial barriers where many white people get treatment, but many other races lack it.
*Veterans who had PTSD would utilize video games as a method of mental health relief.
*Kids/Teenagers/Adults all suffer PTSD from traumatic experiences in their life as well, and those who do can use video games as an exit way.
*I know that many people tend to put down video games as a bad alternative, but it actually has beneficial results.
